Here's a step-by-step guide on how it works:

1. Place an order for the Personal Vision Tracker.
2. Create an EyeQue account and verify your email address.
3. Input the serial number of your device.
4. Undergo a series of comprehensive vision tests.
5. Obtain your EyeGlass Numbers, inclusive of near-vision add based on age (NV ADD+).

If you receive EyeGlass Numbers, you have the option to conveniently order glasses online, including bifocals and single vision lenses. Additionally, our PVT app allows you to easily monitor changes in your vision over time.

To utilize the EyeQue PVT app, a small annual subscription is required per account. We offer the first account for the initial year free of charge! Feel free to add accounts for other individuals whom you wish to share the device with, enabling them to assess their own vision and store their personal results.

It's important to note that EyeGlass Numbers are cumulative, meaning each person should test with their individual account. Sharing an account may negatively impact your vision data and the accuracy of your EyeGlass Numbers.

You should consider using the EyeQue PVT app if:

• You possess a single vision prescription ranging from +8.00 to -10.00.
• Your cylinder value ranges from 0 to -4.00.
• You are 25 years of age or older.
• You seek to monitor changes in your vision.
• You prefer the convenience of ordering glasses online.

Conversely, it is not advised to use the EyeQue PVT app if you:

• Suffer from severe light sensitivity.
• Are colorblind or have difficulty distinguishing between red and green.
• Require a prism measurement.
• Find it challenging to hold up a smartphone while utilizing its screen.
• Experience difficulty performing rotational movements with your hands.
• Have a medical condition that affects your eyes or eyesight.

Rest assured, the EyeQue PVT is a registered Class 1 medical device with 510(k) exemption granted by the US FDA. Please note that while our PVT does not replace a comprehensive eye exam or provide medical advice, it serves as a valuable tool in assessing your vision.
